Time to Next New Appointment

A scheduling metric that estimates a patient's wait time in scheduling with an outpatient provider (especially with specialists). Alternatively, many health systems measure Time to Third Next New Appointment (TTTNA or TTTNNA) because it provides a better measure of a patient's true wait time since filling scheduling slots for last minute cancellations may not be realistic.
