IVR:  

Interactive Voice Response

A technology that allows a computer to interact with humans through the use of voice and Dual-tone multi-frequency signaling (DTMF) tones input via keypad. In telecommunications, IVR allows customers to interact with a company's host system via a telephone keypad or by speech recognition. The Bed Board system TeleTracking can utilize IVR technology for EVS staff and transporters to indicate the start and end of a process by contacting the system via phone.
